Online Therapy can be an excellent way to ensure you get the help and support you need. I can do online therapy with
clients who live in either California or Massachusetts. Some insurances even cover it, call your carrier to
find out.
However online therapy is not appropriate for you if you are suicidal. If you are having suicidal feelings please
call 911.
Other situations that don't lend themselves to online treatment are situations of Domestic Violence and Abuse.
